Educational Qualification:
a. 50% marks or above in B.V.Sc. & A.H. B.V.Sc./ B. sc. Microbiology or Biotechnology, B. Pharmacy.
b. M.V.Sc/M.Pharm/ PhD in any Veterinary and Animal Sciences subject/ Master’s/Ph.D in Microbiology/ Biotechnology with a minimum OCPA of 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks in relevant discipline
c. Knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric level. The condition Of knowledge of Punjabi will however be relaxed if found otherwise deserving.
d. Two years of research experience in the relevant field
Salary: Rs. 40600 (Rs. 35,000 + Rs. 5600 16 % HRA)
Project title: “Misc-63: Molecular epidemiology of porcine Trichinellosis and Toxoplamosis in India: addressing neglected zoonotic diseases in a one health context”
Job Responsibilities:
a. To collect blood and tissue samples of pigs and human blood samples, process and analyse the samples for the desired micro-organisms.
b. Candidate should travel throughout the Punjab & Uttaranchal States for sample and data collection.
c. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Pl.

1. Candidates having postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years bachelor’s degree and 2 years master’s degree should have NET qualification
