Job Description
QA Chemist
01. Handling of online activity related to Q.A.
02. Verification of Documents
03. Knowledge about the calibration of instruments used during in process like balance, DT Apparatus, friability, apparatus, Hardness etc.
04. Exposure of validation study like process validation, cleaning validation, rinse and swab study etc.
05. Having knowledge about the QMS like SOP Preparation, BMR Preparation, MFR Preparation etc.
06. Having Knowledge about the in process check weight variation, DT Friability, Leak test etc.
07. Having exposure of QMS like change control deviation, market complaints incident etc.
QC Chemist/Microbiologist
01. To ensure the operation and calibration of all analytical instruments as per laid down.
02. To ensure the proper documentation of all analysis including raw data, checking of all data and proper storage of data.
03. Review of environmental & water quality trends and other batch releasing microbiological parameters.(MLT, BET, Sterility and microbial assay of sterile & non sterile products.)
04. Review of SOPs, STPS and validation protocols related to microbiology department.
05. Validation supports for Media fill studies.
06. Checking of all day to day microbiological records.
07. Release of the batch data sheets to QC & QA after completion of the analysis.
08. Checking the daily monitoring release of the reports of environment & water.
09. Prepare MLT analysis report of Trail and finish samples.
10. Media preparation
11. Candidate should have hands-on experience in operation of sophisticated instruments viz. HPLC, GLC, IR, UV, development and validation of analytical methods, stability studies, calibrations, training programmers, etc.Candidate should be well conversant with the relevant Acts and the guidelines of WHO, ICH, MCA, preparation of dossiers/documentation as require by Schedule M and those by the regulating authorities, GMP and GLP.
QA Officer
– Validation Candidates should be M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ M.Sc with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in formulation for Analytical Method Validation, Manufacturing and Quality Validation from the manufacturing site catering to regulated markets.
