    DEEP is a Secular, Not‐for‐Profit, Non Government Organisation promoted by Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited and is being set up for Social Development with the active participation of local communities.

    DEEP operates in 18 villages of Mangrol taluka and 5 villages of Mandvi taluka in Surat District and 6 villages of Valia taluka in Bharuch District. Even though the organization is concentrating in these 29 villages, it also caters to felt needs of villages outside the program area as a goodwill gesture.

    DEEP works in close coordination with the local community in areas including Health, Education, Village Infrastructure Development, Livelihood, Environment Improvement etc. It caters to roughly fifty thousand populations within the program areas comprising of Minorities, Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Caste and other backward classes.

    The position is for execution of Mobile Medical Unit related Works implemented in aforesaid areas.

    Post : Pharmacist

    Qualification : D.Pharm or B.Pharm

    Experience : Fresh

    Skill : Functional knowledge of Computer is desirable (i.e. MS Word, Excel & Power Point)

    Age : Preferably not more than 30 years.

    Remuneration : Pay includes salary, Mediclaim Insurance premium reimbursement, Personal Accident Policy, Subsidized Canteen Food etc.

    Job Profile
    a) To be responsible for maintaining the medicine stocks and supplies as well as the register.
    b) To be responsible for sending requirements such as medicine, medical equipments and any other related requirements to CEO through Medical Officer and has to do rigorous follow up for the replenishment of the stocks and supplies.
    c) To check the medicines on a daily basis before and after every field work.
    d) To dispense medicines as per the instruction of the Medical Officer.
    e) To check and regularly maintain medicine inward and outward register and inform the Medical Officer about medicine stock on a daily basis.
    f) To prepare consumption pattern and expiry as well mode of disposal.
    g) Any other work assigned by the organization from time to time.
    h) Pharmacist will report to Medical Officer.

    Candidate meeting the above criteria may come for Walk‐in‐Interview on 28/12/2018 at 10.00 a.m. with following documents.
    1. A detailed bio‐data with recent passport size photograph & photocopy of testimonials along with original for verification.
    2. Details as per attached FIXED TERM CONTRACT POSITION APPLICATION FORM.
    3. Registration of Gujarat State Pharmacy Council.
