4th National Workshop On Statistical Methods In Biomedical Research,
Organized by – National Institute of Occupational Health, Ahmedabad.
Date : 4th to 6th April 2018
NIOH is organizing three days workshop for biomedical researchers on statistical applications using SPSS. This course is intended to introduce principles of Biostatistics to researchers in area of medical and life sciences. Emphasis of course is to illustrate applications of statistical methods to experimental data using SPSS
software. At the end , participants would be able to apply appropriate statistical procedures for the analysis of data and its interpretation.
SEATS AND LAST DATE: Number of seats is limited to 30 only and will be offered purely on First come, First served basis.
Last date for receipt of filled application is 20th March 2018.
WHO CAN APPLY: Researchers/Students in area of health research, life sciences, medicine etc.
COURSE FEE & PAYMENT: Course fee for the workshop is`5000. Payment can be made by online NEFT Transfer or Demand Draft in favor of “ Director- National Institute of Occupational Health, Ahmedabad”, payable at Ahmedabad. The details for DD/NEFT transfer is given in registration form.
ACCOMODATION: Participants will have to bear their own expenses for travel, boarding and lodging. The Organizers will provide Course kit, working
Lunch and Snacks. However, on request, organizers may arrange sharing basis accommodation with AC facility on standard nominal charges in the International Training Center of NIOH. Only limited accommodation available in the campus and priority will be given to the female participants.
