ICGBIHS 2018- The current era of Genomics has advanced the field of Health sciences by leaps and bounds. The availability of various high throughput Next Generation Sequencing technologies have made genome sequencing simple and hence large amount of genomic data is generated on a daily basis across the globe. The inferences from such data on human health and disease is mounting on a never before seen pace. This rapid pace of data generation in genomics has also brought in newer challenges in terms of data analysis, data handling and biological inferences to name a few. The International Conference on Genome Biology and Informatics in Health Sciences will address the advances in the fields of Human Genomics, Population Genetics, Next Generation Sequencing, Genome Informatics that have collectively contributed to the understanding of human diseases and health leading to the era of personalized medicine. This conference will bring together high-profile researchers from the academic and industrial arena to discuss the evolving trends in the field and will provide an ideal platform for understanding newer directions and opportunities.
