QUALIFICATIONS
(i) Essential
1. A basic degree in pharmacy(B.Pharma.)
2. Registration as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, as amended from time to time, including any succeeding enactments.
3. First class Master’s Degree in appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy.
(ii) Desirable:
1. Teaching, research industrial and/or professional experience in a reputed organization; and
2. Papers presented at Conferences and/or in refereed journals.
The candidates will be shortlisted category-wise according to their score obtained by them as per criteria prescribed by the UGC in the ratio as under:-

Only shortlisted candidates may attend the interview as per list to be notified on 12.07.2019 on the University website. If any candidate fills fake/ wrong information in online form and on that basis he/she is shortlisted for interview, then his/her candidature will be cancelled at the time of interview.
NET/JRF/SLET/SET will not be applicable in case of Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Physiotherapy.
The Assistant Professor to be appointed would be paid salary from the contingency of the University/Department, ranging from Rs.30,000/- to 35,000/- per month depending upon their qualifications, experience and suitability. The superannuated teachers (Professors, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor) will be given preference and attractive emoluments upto Rs.40,000/- per month(negotiable) will be paid to them and they will be allowed to work upto the age of 70 years. The number of posts may vary.
