CDFD, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, invites applications from interested individuals to undertake Dissertation based Research Training. Candidates will work in a laboratory for a minimum period of 4 months and a maximum period of 6 months based on their research interest.
Eligibility:Candidates pursuing M.Sc./M.Pharm/M.Tech (during any semester) or B.Pharm/B.Tech/Integrated M.Sc. (from the third year onwards) in any branch of Life Sciences are eligible to apply for this program. The applicants should have first class throughout their Academic Career, i.e. 10th, Intermediate or 12th and Degree (till the previous semester).
Program Fee Details: Duration – 6 months (with Accommodation – 24,000/- (20000/- + 4000/-) (Fee + Accommodation) & without Accommodation – 20,000/-) Fee once paid will not be refunded. In cases where the candidate joins the program and wants to discontinue without completion of the program (minimum residency period of 4 months), no project completion certificate will be provided. The applications have to be made online only.

How to Apply: Interested candidates who fulfill the above conditions may register their names by applying in the prescribed application form online. Complete the application form online at cdfd.org.in. The online facility of application will open on 09.08.2019 and and will be closed on 09.09.2019. The last date for submitting online application is 09.09.2019 and applications received after this date will be rejected. Incomplete Applications and Applications without the caste / disability certificate (if applicable) or received after the last date are liable to be rejected. The names of selected candidates will be displayed on our website by the end of September, 2019. The training can be carried out for a maximum of six months between November, 2019 to December, 2019. Actual dates of training will be chosen by the selected candidate in consultation with the PI. Certificates would be issued to candidates on completion of the term, decided at the beginning of the training.
