Job Description
To manage and deliver the Project milestones, including complex changes in existing products, input materials, processes at manufacturing sites to meet business demands.
To provide support for techno commercials for a ES projects across all sites where the product is manufactured.
Scope:
Be the single point of contact for the external contractors for getting cost approvals and purchase orders for Validations of projects like material de risking projects.
Ask for the cost proposals from CMOs for validations before the activities are initiated.
Get the benchmark cost from public testing laboratories for creating database of different tests performed during chemical analysis.
Work with cross functional teams of ES-Technical, Supplier Managers to collect the inputs for vetting the cost given by CMOs.
Be the CERPS Shopper for project secure
Ensure CMOs get approved purchase orders before starting validation activities.
Support payment process for individual source change activities.
To make sure each of the milestones are within the frame of compliance in terms of TPO, ABAC and adherence to GSK systems and processes.
