Title of Project: “Evaluation of Antifungal activity of Lipopeptides from a Wildtype Bacillus sp. RLID12.1 in Mouse Models of invasive Candidiasis, Cryptococcosis, and Aspergillosis”
Principal Investigator: Dr Utpal Roy
Duration: Three years
Age limit: 28 years according to the last date of application.
Emolument: Rs. 25000/- pm in the first two years and 28000 /- pm in 3rd year
Nature of work: Purification, Characterization and In vivo toxicity study
Essential Qualifications:
(i) M.E/M.Tech. /M.Pharm. Or equivalent degree in Biotechnology or any branch of Life Science (with at least 60% marks or first class or equal )
(ii) M.Sc. (Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology), B.E., B. Tech. Or equal (at least 60 percent or equal ) using NET/GATE, and preferably one year of post-study related experience.
Desirable Qualifications: Candidates with knowledge of purification, Proteomics methods (chromatography) are invited to apply.
