Pay Scale:- 16500/p.m.

Essential Qualification:
For Pharmacist : candidates should have acquired Diploma in Pharrmacy recognized by UP State Medical Faculty.
Required Age:
Candidates age limit should not be more than 40 years as on 22/02/2018.
– Age relaxation is applicable by 05 years for SC/ ST & OBC (Non-creamy layer) who are Original inhabitant (Domicile) of Uttar Pradesh.
Mode of Selection: Candidates selection will be done based on their performance in interview.
Way of Applying: Interested & eligible candidates can appear for interview along with Original & self-attested copies of relevant documents at the time of Interview.
