Eligibility Criteria- Diplomas in Pharmacy with 3 years’ post Qualification experience in logistic & supply chain management of warehousing. S/he should have computer knowledge in MS Office.

General Information and Instructions:
i. The above positions are purely temporary and also co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will render the candidates disqualified for the position.
ii. Candidates are required to submit duly filled in application in prescribed format available in the official website: www.khordha.nic.in with a set of self attested photocopies of all relevant certificates/ testimonials, in support of age, qualification and experience, for verification. Candidates are also required to attach two
nos. of recent passport size photographs and self photo ID proof (Voter ID Card /PAN card / Driving License / Adhar Card/ Passport). Incomplete application in any form will be rejected.
iii. Candidates not fulfilling the eligibility criteria in this advertisement need not apply for the said post.
iv. Candidates, who are already working in Health Department either on regular or on contractual basis, have to submit No Objection Certificate from concerned employer (appointing authority) at the time ofsubmission of application.
NOC issued by any other authority other than appointing authority will ot be accepted. NOC must be specific for the post, S/he applying and must be issued subsequent to issue of the advertisement.
v. Number of vacancies / remuneration as mentioned under this advertisement may vary at the time of actual engagement.
vi. Number of vacancies under this advertisement is provisional which may increase or decrease depending upon requirement or otherwise at the time of actual engagement.
vii. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel any or all the applications/ positions at any stage of recruitment process without assigning any reason thereof.
viii. Over aged, under qualification, short of requisite percentage of marks in the prescribed age and educational qualification shall be rejected.
ix. The result will be published in the district official website(www.khordha.nic.in).
x. The panel of above positions shall also remain valid for similar post/ in other programs under NHM ambit with same educational qualification and remuneration, as will be decided by the society.
xi. The complete application should reach the undersigned on or before 17.07.2018(by 5.00P.M) through Regd. Post & Speed post only. The applicati on must be superscripted with the name of the post applied for, otherwise it will not be considered.
Candidates who have been disengaged from the society on administrative ground such as disobedience / poor performances / misbehavior / criminal activity etc. are not eligible to apply.
