Applications are invited in the prescribed format available on the University website for admission to the following Courses-
M. Pharm.(Pharmaceutics)
M. Pharm.(Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
M.Pharm.(Pharmacology)
B. Pharm.-IIISem. (LateralEntry)
Reservation and Relaxations will be given as per GOI/UGC Rules to all the persons belong to SC/ST/OBC/PH category.
Duly filled Applications in the prescribed format of the University, accompanied with all attested relevant documents should reach the Head, SLT Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Koni, Bilaspur(CG)-495009 on or before 20.06.2018 by registered/Speed post/courier or hand delivery.
HOW TO APPLY-
Application form can be submitted through offline mode only by depositing the application fee of Rs.500/-(Five hundred only),for General and OBC category and Rs.300/-(Three Hundred only) for SC/ST/PH candidates,through demand draft.
The demand draft should be drawn in favour of the Registrar, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur(C. G.) and payable atBilaspur (CG).
Duly filled offline application form should reach the Head, SLT Institute of Pharmaceutical SLT INSTITUTE OF PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCES GURU GHASIDAS VISHWAVIDYALAYA. BILASPUR (C.G.)
