- Aluminium Hydroxide Gel + Pseudoephedrine = Decrease effect of that drug due to increases pH of gastric fluid
- Ciprofloxacin + Theophyline = Increases plasma level of Theophyline
- Aminoglycoside + beta-Lactam antibiotics= Synergestic effect but if given in same syring it‘s become inactive due to complex formation

- MAO inhibitors + Pethidine = Hyperpyrexia
- TCA + SSRIs TCA = toxicity
