Qualification :
Pharmacology & Toxicology :- Ph. D. with first class or equivalent grade at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record.
Medicinal Chemistry :- Ph. D. with first class or equivalent grade at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least 8 years of Teaching/ Research/ Industrial experience with published work.
Pharmaceutics :- Ph. D. with first class or equivalent grade at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least 8 years of Teaching/ Research/ Industrial experience with published work of high quality.
Pay Level : Level-13 Basic Pay – 1,39,600 + other Govtbenefits
Age Limit : 45 years
Assistant Professor
No. of Posts : 6 (UR-5, OBC-1)
Pharmacology & Toxicology/ Regulatory Toxicology :- Ph. D. with first class or equivalent grade at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least 5 years of Teaching/ Research/ Industrial experience with published work of high quality.
Medicinal Chemistry :- Ph. D. with first class or equivalent grade at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least 5 years of Teaching/ Research/ Industrial experience with published work of high quality.
Pharmaceutics : – Ph.D. with first class or equivalent grade at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record and at least 5 years of Teaching/ Research/ Industrial experience with published works of high quality.
Pay Level : Level-12 Basic Pay: 1,01,500 + other Govt., benefits.
Age Limit : 40 years
Application Fee : Applicants have to pay a non-refundable application fees of Rs.1000/- for posts having Pay Level 10 and above and Rs.500/- posts having Pay Level 9 and below. Persons from the SC, ST, PwBD, Ex- Servicemen and women categories are not required to pay application fee.
Mode of Selection : The selection process for teaching staff consists of two phases (a) Seminar Presentation (b) Interview. The shortlisted candidates will be invited to give seminar presentation before a duly constituted Committee. Only the candidates recommended by the Committee based on their performance in the seminar presentation shall attend the Interview before the Selection Panel.
