Other Qualification Details:
1. Post Name & Salary: Junior Research Fellow – Rs. 25000/- consolidated
2. Essential qualifications: M.Sc in Biochemistry/Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ OR M.S.(Pharm)/ M.Pharm/ M.Tech in Biotechnology.
3. Desirable: Hands on experience in cell culture, recombinant DNA techniques, microbiology, protein expression and protein chemistry
4. Duration: The position is purely temporary initially for one year extendable for a period of one year based on the satisfaction of the PI (GP-428).
Age: 28 years (may be relaxed depending upon the suitability of qualification & experience and Relaxation for SC/ST/PH/OBC as per GOI rules).

How to Apply
Walk in Interview will be held on 24th of May 2018 at 10:30AM till 12 noon in the office of HOD, Department of Biotechnology, NIPER, SAS Nagar. Candidates should report at the venue by 9.45 AM, and bring three copies of the application giving details of educational qualifications, experience with the name of the Institute, post held, scale of pay and past salary. Application should be accompanied by demand draft for Rs. 100/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PH) in favour of “Director NIPER”, drawn on any scheduled bank payable at Mohali/ Chandigarh. No TA/ DA will be paid for attending the Walk-in-Interview.
