1 .Project: “Investigating the role of exogenous ATP in cancer metastasis”
2. Qualifications: The minimum qualifications are BS 4 years programme/ BPharm/ MBBS/ Integrated BS-MS/ MSc or equivalent degree in any area of life sciences, with 55% marks AND passing of National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted jointly by CSIR and UGC. Candidates who have qualified in the GATE test may also apply. Non-NET or Non-GATE qualified candidates cannot apply for this post.Experience in mammalian cell culture techniques and molecular biology techniques such as cloning, PCR and antibody-based methods will be advantageous.
3. Fellowship is as per CSIR rules (http://www.csirhrdg.res.in/).
Age: The upper age limit for JRF shall be 28 years as on the day on which the application is made. However, a smaller relaxation in age limit may be considered in case of applicants who are suitably qualified based on recommendations of the Selection Committee.
