Management of Manufacturing Operations
Major Accountabilities : To ensure to all production operations are performed as per GMP. Ensure compliance of External & Internal audits Direct scientific support to process team to ensure execution of process on time, continuously improving Quality and efficiency performed in compliance to cGMP and SOP. Ensuring day to day production planning in Dispensing ,Granulation and CCE for achieving the actual target . Control capital and revenue cost, by initiating new projects. Coordination with Technology Transfer (MS&T) for various new projects KAIZEN implementation and improvement in shop floor. DLPM People management skills To ensure Data Integrity on Shop Floor Ensure compliance with Pharmacopoeia
Minimum requirements– B Pharm M Pharm MBA English 10 – 15 years
