Age limit details for Assam Rifles Recruitment 2019:-
Age Relaxation:- Age Relaxation available to different category of eligible candidates as under:-
Application fee:- Rs.200 for Group B (General/OBC) and No fee for SC/ST Female and Rs.100 for Group C (General/OBC) and No fee for SC/ST Female.

Selection Process: – Their performance in Physical Standard test, Physical Efficiency Test, Written test, trades test and Medical Examination.
Physical Standard Test (PST) for all trade except Clerk & PA:-
For all categories all over India. Height – for Male: 170 cms, for Female: 157 cms, Chest (for male candidates) – Unexpanded: 80 cms, Expanded: Minimum expansion 5 cms. Weight – for Males and Female proportionate to height and age as per medical standars.
a) Relaxations:- Height
1) The minimum height for all candidates belonging to ST will be 162.5 cms for Males and 150 cms for Females for all States/UTs.
2) The minimum height for ST candidates hailing from the North Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Megalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim & Tripura and Left Wing Extremism affected Districts will be 160 cms for males and 147.5 cms for females.
3) The minimum height of candidates failing in the categories of Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the states of Assam, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir will be 165 cms for male and 155 cms for females.
b) Relaxations:- Chest
1) The minimum chest for all male candidates belonging to ST will be 76 cms (minimum 5 cms expansion).
2) The minimum chest of male candidates falling in the categories of Garhalis, Kumaonis, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the states of Assam, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir will be 78 cms (minimum 5 cms expansion).
3) The minimum chest of male candidates hailing from North-Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim & Tripura and Gorkha Territorial Administration (GTA) as mentioned in para 5 (b) (iv) above will be 77 cms unexpanded (with minimum 5 cms expansion).
Physical Standard Test (PST) for Havildar (Clerk) & Warrant Officer (PA):-
a) For all categories except ST candidates. Height – for Male: 165 cms, for Female: 155 cms, Chest (for male candidates)- Unexpanded : 77 cms, Expanded : 82 cms. Weight – proportionate to height and age as per medical standard.
b) Candidates failing in the categories of Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the states of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram. Maghalaya, Assa, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir and Leh and Ladakh regions of Jammu and Kashmir:- Height – 162.5 cms for male and 150 cms for female, Chest for male:- Unexpanded: 77 cms, Expanded : 82 cms. Weight – Proportionate to height and age as per medical standard.
