Terms and Conditions
- The appointment on contract basis shall be on usual terms & conditions applicable to Central / State Govt, servants.
- Period of contract shall be initially for a period of six months, extendable till attaining the age of 65 years.
- The extension after six months shall be subject to satisfactory performance and eligibility of age criteria.
- The consolidated remuneration fee in the case of retired Government Officials appointed as Consultant shall be Last Pay minus Basic Pension plus DA at the applicable rates which is in accordance with Board of Directors of DTL Resolution No, 91.3.10 dated 26.09.2017 as per norms of GNCTD vide Office Order No. F.20/472015- AC/204-248 dated 04.12.2015. The contract can be terminated at any given of time if these posts are filled up by regular Pharmacists.
