Other Qualification Details:
1 .Name of the Post & Salary: Pharmacist (Ayurveda) (Contractual) – Rs. 16,000/- (Consolidated)
2. Essential: (i) XIIth Std (Senior School Certificate Examination) with Science subjects from a recognized Board/ Institute. (ii) Degree/ Diploma in Pharmacy of Ayurveda medicine from recognized University/Institute.
3. Desirable: 02 yr experience as a Pharmacist Ayurveda in a recognized Hospital.
Age: Not above 45 years

i) Self Attested photocopies of Mark Sheets, Certificates in support of Educational Qualifications, e.g. XII (Degree/ Diploma in Pharmacy of Ayurveda medicine from recognized University/Institute etc. (as the case may be)
ii) Experience certificate(s) specifying NATURE & PERIOD of experience should be enclosed
