  Steps To Apply Online:

  1. Before applying to Online Applicants have valid email & Scanned copies of photo, signature.
  2. Candidates log on to http://www.rajswasthya.nic.in/.
  3. Click on “Apply Online”
  4. Register if you are a new user.
  5. Complete the Registration & Click on “Submit” to generate ‘Single Sign-on (SSO) Id’ and Password.
  6. After Registration, Log in with SSO Id & Password.
  7. Fill the all details in the application & upload Photo, Signature.
  8. Preview the application form and read the submitted information carefully and submit the form.
  9. Pay application fee Online & then Submit the Form.
  10. Take a print out of Online application for future use.
