Job profile:
1. RA will be responsible for development of evidence based novel food products using laboratory scale NABI research outcomes in the areas of Agriculture, Food and Nutritional Biotechnology.
2. RA will be responsible for development of fully functional kitchen set up at NABI.
3. RA will be responsible for conducting well designed sensory trials and proximate analysis of the food products developed at NABI.
Essential qualifications: PhD/MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree in Life Sciences or having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MVSc/ M.Pharm/ME/M.Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) journal. (Eligibility criteria as DST OM No.SR/S9/Z-09/2012 dated 21.10.2014)
Desirable qualifications:
1. Prior research experience in the field of food technology and product development supported by peer reviewed publications and technology developed.
2. Research training in the area of food technology and product development Industrial set up
