Qualification: Master of Science in Microbiology/Biotechnology with NET qualified or equivalent with two years of research experience or Master of Veterinary Science in Veterinary Microbiology / Veterinary Public Health/Biotechnology/Veterinary Pathology or Master of Technology in Biotechnology / Master of Pharmacy

Desirable: Experience of working in microbiological laboratory, handling of pathogens, knowledge of molecular techniques such as PCR, electrophoresis, PFGE, DNA isolation screening for antimicrobial resistance, in vitro AMR assays etc.

Salary: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA for first two years and Rs.35000/- + HRA for the third year. as per rules in the event suitable accommodation is not Provided

Project title: Exploiting encapsulated nanoparticle conjugated phytochemicals to combat antimicrobial resistance in poultry”

Duration of the Project: Upto October,2022

Duties: The candidate has to work in microbiological laboratory performing bacterial culture, isolation and identification of bacteria, performing molecular assays Work also involves field work for collection of samples for isolation of the patogen and handling Of birds.
